The Heat Dose
Work out what the heat is actually costing you
Sweat is not just water. Drag through the year, tell it roughly how you spend the day, and it will estimate the fluid and the sodium a day like that takes out of you, plus what puts the sodium back.
Month in Dubai
Typical daytime high
October in Dubai runs about 35°C in the afternoon at 50% humidity. Hard work. Hot enough that an hour outside is a real fluid cost.

SOLT to put it back
One sachet puts back 500 mg of sodium in 750 ml of water, which is where the figures above come from.
At 2 a day that is 60 sachets a month, or 3 boxes a month of 20.
An estimate, not a measurement. Sweat rate and sweat sodium vary a lot between people and from day to day, so treat these as a sense of scale rather than a prescription. Weather figures are long-run Dubai monthly averages, not today’s forecast. If you are managing a medical condition or a sodium-restricted diet, talk to a doctor rather than a website.

Why we made it
We built SOLT in Dubai, for the way we actually live here. The gym before work, padel in 40°C, a working day spent moving between the heat outside and the AC that quietly dries you out.
We were drinking water all day and still finishing flat. The problem was never how much we drank, it was what we weren’t putting back. So we made the electrolyte we wanted: real Himalayan salt, a serious dose, zero sugar, no caffeine, no filler.
The First-Sip Promise
Love your first box or it’s free.
Drink it, judge it. If it isn’t the best-tasting electrolyte you’ve had, email us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and keep the rest. No need to send anything back.
There are no customer reviews on this page because there are no customers yet. Real ones go up once the first boxes land, and not a day before.
